Manager - Business Development/Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- To join our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager. The Insurance Sales Manager will be in charge of overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure that they meet their targets.
- Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and broaden the customer base.
- Manage client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure that policies are accurately and timely underwritten.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two years of experience is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement sales strategies.
- Understanding of insurance products and services.
