Manager - Business Development/Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are fulfilled.
Roles And Skills :
- Manage and supervise the sales staff to ensure that targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure that policies are underwritten appropriately and on schedule.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategy.
- Knowledge of insurance goods and services.
