Teamlease Technology Team :

Teamlease is a technology enabled company and the technology team's charter is to move it to a technology driven company. The team is responsible for managing technology for 170K plus associates on a various different platforms to manage their day on day activities . Teamlease is looking at accelerating its SAAS charter to provide payroll solution, regulation technology solutions and digital workforce solutions, the technology team is chartered with defining these solutions on a cloud based software as a service solution.

The challenges faced by the team include providing great user experience, performance, scalability, availability on a wide variety of devices at low cost. The team is responsible for innovating for the India market and be a leader in the SAAS space as it is in the do it for your space.

About Product :

The idea is to become a technology company providing digital workforce solutions (DWS) to our customers. Starting with online solutions for attendance, onboarding and exit, performance management, the productivity of employees, the sales effectiveness of employees and so on. And these service offerings can be monitored or tracked on Android or iOS platforms. Clients can buy the whole suite or individual products. It can even make suggestions to improve the productivity using Al and analytics in the backend based on data.

Job Responsibilities :

- SaaS Product Selling

- Corporate Sales & Marketing: Taking care of corporate sales & business development operations with a focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.

- Expert in Selling IT Applications / Managed Services / Cloud Services.

- Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.

- Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.

- Engage with CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.

- Will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship.
