Sales / Business Development Manager


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help our client meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative. Person should have Sales Background in education or edutech sector. He will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, doing Corporate Selling, Dealing with clients, pitching them for the product, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Achieve growth and hit sales team targets.

2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

3. Working on Corporate selling, Client Dealing and Pitching the product.

4. Meeting planned sales goals.

5. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

6. Promoting the organization and products.

8. Creating new business proposals

8. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

9. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Qualifications and Skills :

1. 6-8 Years of Sales Experience.

2. Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.

3. Have excellent time management and organizational skills
