- Achievement of Allotted sales Targets

- Calls, Follow-ups, Meeting & Doing Presentation to clients

- Ensuring growth through profitable business.

- New and Lateral Business Increase.

- Effectively maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients

- Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating into the business.

- Liaised with Clients & Site Teams to resolve customer issues.

- Ensuring correct and timely invoicing and also ensure that all payments are collected as per the Company payment terms.

- Renewal of the contracts/retention.

- Finding new sales opportunities by cross-selling and customer penetration from existing customer base.

- Responsible for filling up the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and weekly sales reports through Sales CRM. Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent Client Management / Client Handling Skills

- Relevant experience of 4+ years in a similar domain

- Ability to achieve targets within the timeline

- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
