Manager - Business Development/Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
- Maintain Customer relations
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or banking industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach
