Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Business Development & Sales, preferably with SaaS product companies. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities :

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS products.

- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS companies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Candidates from Delhi-NCR location/Delhi University are preferred.

- Experience in selling to B2B clients/Corporate customers/Enterprise clients.

- Demonstrated success in a high-growth sales environment.
