Job Title : Business Development Manager (Restaurant Industry)

Role Overview : As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing ODC orders to achieve targeted sales goals. Leveraging your expertise in sales and business development, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships, foster relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, market trends, and customer preferences to effectively position our offerings and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for ODC orders, aligning with the company's sales objectives.

2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, catering companies, and online delivery platforms, to drive sales opportunities.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and culinary, to ensure seamless execution of ODC orders and exceptional customer experiences.

4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.

5. Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development to continuously enhance sales effectiveness and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Strong understanding of ODC platforms, delivery logistics, and catering services, with the ability to leverage technology for sales optimization.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
