Hiring for Indian Co leader in water treatment chemicals and solutions
Position : Manager Business Development -Water treatment chemicals
- B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical engineering) / M.Sc (Chemistry) having 10 years of experience in Industrial Speciality Chemicals selling especially in Water Treatment chemicals.
- Should have excellent leadership skills, business acumen, creativity and orientation to have in depth technical knowledge to make selling effective and ensure the treatment programs are implemented
Required Candidate profile :
- Help our sales verticals for Business Development by driving them make joint strategy and business plan
- Co own sales targets with verticals and help them by making visits, giving presentation and close orders
- Drive the verticals to achieve the collection targets of the division
- Help verticals in product selection, pricing and proposal making
- Manage the Business Development and Technical Services Team in the region
- Ensure the chemical treatment programmes are properly implemented to achieve desired performance
- Promote sales of new products and technologies
