Objective: In a startup like us there is need of a team, which shall dedicatedly engage with influencers for making WELSPUN flooring solutions as their preferred brand. Objective of BDM team will be to create new avenues/customers for business growth.

Role: BDMs will engage with multiple Influencers/Decision-makers like Architects/Interior Designers/Specifiers/Community which is involved in getting flooring specified in various projects. The conversations that BDMs will have are consultative and educational, in order to establish a qualified business need within prospect accounts. Opportunities are nurtured prior to being handed across to respective sales team for making commercial terms or prices offer to close the deal.

Brief JD

- Mapping of relevant Influencers like Architect / Interiors Designers/ Specifiers/ Contractors

- Introduction of WELSPUN group/ flooring & all products to these Influencers

- Organising group presentations to DMs & their team to make them understand about the products and technology

- Obtain time slot for presentations before the DMs at all level and hierarchies and pitching the product to them based on the USPs, Technological advantages and usage of products, as per defined Sales Pitch

- To get the product specified/accord approval for ongoing projects & incorporate Welspun Flooring their BOQ's and tenders for their clients

- Handing over leads to Sales Team for taking forward commercials & closing of orders

- Building & Maintaining relationship with key stake holders on one to one basis

Qualification: - MBA( TOP B Schools) with excellent Communication skills
