Work Duties :
As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Hire and train agents from open market
- Learn details about our Investment products and services.
- Track and monitor your team's work.
- Prepare and present reports when needed.
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Motivate advisors and business associates for the various contest of sales.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and distributors
- Work on the opportunity of cross sell and upsell
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Min 2 Years Of Sales Or Marketing experience In any Sector/ BFSI
- Good communication skills.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be from GI or LI Industry
Education/Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
