About Us:

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to focus on the Market Research segment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with primary market research companies to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research Client Acquisition :

- Identify, approach, and engage potential primary market research companies to showcase UptoSkills' capabilities and offerings.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

Client Conversion and Onboarding :

- Present UptoSkills' value proposition and services to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.

- Negotiate and close agreements with potential clients, ensuring alignment with UptoSkills' business objectives.

Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries.

- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to anticipate and address future requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination :

- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

- Provide feedback and insights to refine UptoSkills' offerings based on market feedback.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and contracts.

- Generate regular reports on client acquisition progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, particularly in the market research industry.

- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, trends, and client requirements.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
