Job Description of the position are as follow :

Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in International Business/ Any bachelor degree

Any Master degree : 0.6-2 years of experience required.

- Experience from Recruitment consulting will be preferable.

Job responsibilities :

- As a Business Development Executive, you will evangelize and generate revenue for the business.

- Identify new market opportunities in the region through proactive outreach

- Contribute to strategy in generating, developing and realizing business growth opportunities

- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify clients, generate interest and develop accounts

- Use a consultative approach throughout to map prospect accounts and their decision- making process, so that you can engage with senior stakeholders and create the account.

- Analyze trends, prepare and conduct presentations, and drive effective communications with the prospects clients.

Skills Required :

- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

- A team player who's comfortable with collaboration, and who brings a positive energy to client meetings, internal discussions and the office

- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
