Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving business growth by selling recruitment services to new and existing clients. This role will report to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure that our sales initiatives are aligned with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Identify client needs and provide customized recruitment solutions

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

- Negotiate and close sales deals

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in recruitment or a related industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with CRM systems and tools
