Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (4-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in the US staffing industry.

- Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for IT staffing business in USA

- Ability to build business relationships - Have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you

- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects

- Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.

- Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in obtaining new business.

- Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximise business opportunities

- Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.

- Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies.

- Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred.

- Preferable experience in US Staffing, IT Sales, software sales, US Sales, B2B sales or Lead Generation etc.
