Responsibilities :

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines and profitability targets.
- Track and report sales performance metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.
- Stay informed about changes in the staffing and employment landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
