1. Must have 3+ years of Sales Experience in B2B

2. Must have knowledge of CRM software

3. Must have handled a sales team in previous roles

4. Excellent Communication Skills & Email Writing is required

5. Experience of Sales in Recruitment companies/platforms is preferred

6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

8. Excellent negotiation skills

9. Strong decision-making capabilities

10. Comfortable with travelling for work if required

11. Assess the strengths and weakness of the sales team & have hiring capabilities

12. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

13. Provide on the ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close leads

14. Track record of superior performance metrics
