Manager-Business Development Job Description :

- Creating and implementing business development strategies for LinkCXO business vertical majorly consisting
Executive search, Business consulting, Leadership consulting etc.

- Conduct market research and Identify right prospect for business growth.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Pre Requisites:

- 3+ years of strong experience in Business Development.

- Experience in Executive search, Business consulting or Leadership consulting domain would be highly preferred.

- Full time MBA/BE, B.Tech or equivalent degree is mandatory. Tier 1 or tier 2 institutes would be highly preferred.

- Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Effective networking skills with ability to focus on a given task

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and work in a fast paced environment, think creatively and operate independently without much direction

- Ready to travel pan India if and when required.
