Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-5 yrs)
- Should have experience in cold calling, Generating leads through email and cold calling.
- Strategic planning to acquire clients in US RPO industry.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.
- Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.
- Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and mentor the team.
Skills & Requirements :
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills Professional Level expertise in English
- Comfortable working in night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
- Should have international sales/BPO/KPO/RPO experience
