Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-5 yrs)
- Generate leads of the potential clients
- Brainstorm different strategies & implement the same to acquire new clients
- Analyze key success parameters for clients & take the complete ownership of clients
- Build & maintain the relationships with the existing clients along with ensuring the timely collection from those accounts
- Ensure client expectations & delivery are aligned
- Will be owning the end to end process for clients & be one SPOC for them (which includes meetings, onboarding & query handling of the clients.
