The Job

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager :

- Would be responsible for acquiring new clients for contract staffing.

- Candidate must be having the knowledge of end-to-end contract staffing process.

- Should have knowledge of P&L, Costing, and Budgeting.

- Would be responsible for building the lead pipeline and solicitation of new leads to open new business opportunities.

- Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract.

- Would be actively participating in the process of setting up the New Client Acquisition process and net new sales process in the organization.

- Managing the Customer Relationship and achieving excellence.

- Should actively seek client feedback at regular intervals and share the same with the operations team to drive customer excellence.

- Meeting the clients' SLA, and NDA to maintain the ongoing healthy relationship and generate new requirements on a regular basis.

- Handling Escalation, Account Mining, and Preparing client dashboards.

- Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands.

Ideal Candidate

Key skills and Educational Qualification :

- Should have a minimum of 2+ years or more experience in contract staffing.

- Should have managed relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams.

- Post Graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients.

- Proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills

- Build a strong and extensive client network and relationships
