- Position: Business Development Manager

- Experience: 5 years or above in Business Development/ Client Acquisition/ Key Account Management

- Preferred Industry: HR Consulting/ Temp Staffing/ Management Consulting/ Payroll Processing or Similar

- Salary Range: Up to 50 K per month (Also negotiable a bit for the right candidate)

- Education Preferred: MBA or PGD in Management (Not mandatory at all)

- Gender Preference: Female

- Job Location: Civil Lines, Gurgaon (1 Kilometer from Sector 11, Gurgaon)

- Working Days: 6 (Monday to Saturday)

- Week Off: 1 (Sunday)

- Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Business Development, New Client Acquisition, and Key Account Management.

2. Identify new business opportunities and set up F2F meetings of management with prospective clients.

3. Develop strong and appropriate connect with prospective clients to get the new business.

4. Maintain the healthy relationship with existing clients to generate more revenue.

5. Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.

6. Communicate the USP of our services to prospective clients.

7. Plan and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

8. Respond to the client queries regarding the services in a timely fashion.

9. Develop business proposals for new and existing clients.

10. Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback.

11. Oversee the development of marketing literature.

12. Write reports.

13. Provide the regular feedback to the management.

14. Research the market and do competitive analysis to prepare the right client pitch.

15. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

16. Determine cross selling opportunities for similar services portfolio of complete HR Consulting solutions.

17. Supervise the CRM database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.

Preferred prior experience from following industries:

1. Staffing / Temp Staffing

2. Management Consulting

3. Payroll Processing

4. HR Compliance Management

5. HR Consulting/ CRM

Desired profile (skills and experience required):

1. A female candidate with 5 years of experience in Business Development/ Key Account Management profile.

2. Prior experience of similar industry will be preferred. Please refer to the list mentioned above.

3. Willingness to grow within organization and work with stability.

4. Comfortable to work in Gurgaon Civil Lines location. Someone local from Gurgaon is preferred.

5. Comfortable for local travelling for Business Meetings by Cab.

6. Excellent and Effective communication skills in English.

7. Excellent business/ email writing skills in English.

8. Excellent in Presentation and Preparing PPTs.

9. Presentable and Pleasing personality.

10. Should understand the value of Client Relationship and Client Management.

11. Excellent networking, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
