We are looking for Manager - Business Development with 6-9 years from similar staffing industry and below skills.

Job Type : (Full time)

Location : NOIDA, UP

Reporting To: CEO

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Will be required to sell Recruitment and Staffing Services in India Market.

- Target Driven: Sales team management and ensure their and self-targets.

- The person should have strong Staffing Services Sales experience.

- Making Cold Calls for business Development; presentations etc.

- Lead Generation from various sources. Making effective use of social and professional networking sites to generate leads.

- Tracking leads till closure.

- Responsible for presentations, product Demo and assisting the sales processes.

- Involved in end to end business development activities.

- Can generate good pipe line for business development.

- Be in charge of assigned marketing activities across globe.

- Build brand visibility of all products and associated services.

- Act as the key touch point for potential clients.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & SOFT SKILLS

- Strong commitment to the aims and objectives, be a major architect for vision and strategy cascade into range of new sales and marketing programs & activities.

- The ability to work effectively in, and provide support to, a flat seamless work structure. A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment, treat all staff members as peers and colleagues and display an understanding of diverse cultures.

- Collegiality and Empathy: Should have the ability to show compassion, fairness and sensitivity to others pro-actively. Able to get sophisticated concepts easily.

- Have the capability of identifying key levers of change; allocate staff time and resources effectively.

- Ability to be a modest listener.
