Manager - Business Development job opportunity with our company Quess Corp Limited for Kolkata Location.
Looking for complete TELECOM experience.
Prior experience of Staffing domain is an added advantage.
Experience: 6+ Years
Experience:
- Should be able to get the Manpower business contracts in to staffing from the clients
- Should have experience in working with Telecom Companies/ Telecom Clients
- Should be able to generate daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Work along with the Operations team which delivers the manpower.
Client mining :
- Manage all aspects of working relation with client and thus result in growing the existing client.
- They must ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and bring in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues
Commercial Working & Negotiation :
- Ensure that client requirements are clearly defined and accurate..
Collections :
- Directly interact with clients and resolve receivables delinquencies.
Soft Skills :
- Capability and confidence to interact with OEM's
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Email etiquettes and Presentation skills
