Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (5-10 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced BD Manager for an HR Consultancy in Chennai. Need someone who has good networking in Manufacturing & Engineering sector.
- Providing innovative solutions to companies via practiced and skilled negotiation and the ability to understand the critical staffing issues within a broad range of businesses.
- Working closely with the team to ensure that there is a consistent approach in the development of (an) account(s) across the country.
- Assistance in the development of accounts from a local level to a regional/national level.
- Meet Revenue Objectives
- To meet or exceed minimum performance expectations in sales for Staffing divisions and ensure increased profitability.
- Performance Standards achieve combined and existing new business revenue.
- Ensuring service standards and other expectations of business are met or exceeded
- Set and maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects, including personal presentation and manner, standards of branch tidiness and appearance, telephone manner and communication
- To maintain strong relationship and increase business with existing clients
Salary : INR 5,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
