Looking for experienced Business Development

- New Client Acquisition (Domestic Staffing/domestic Professional Services).

- Approach New Client Acquisition Direct Clients & Implementation Partners (Full time & Contract Placements) and generate business from them.

- Cold-calling, attending client meetings & getting new business from the clients.

- Top Management / Client facing capabilities.

- Proven Track Record in Business development.

- Define and implement strategies that will help SoftNice move up the value chain from staff augmentation to becoming a strategic solution provider to direct clients.

- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.

- Build excellent customer relationships at the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting to them, so they can see the value Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team.

- Well versed with IT/Technology

- Responsible for constant interaction with client.

- Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients, regarding the bill rates hourly, per day, annum on CTC.

- Responsible for Account Management, Team Handling, maintaining all Vendor Contacts

- Get positions from the client & explaining the JD to recruiters.

- Direct interaction with the team regarding requirement details, profile short listing, interview status, interview follow-up.

- Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and Staffing

- Maintain relations with the existing clients.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.

- Good presentation skills and pleasing personality.

- Open to travel as and when required.

- Should be enthusiastic and a go getter
