Manager - Business Development - Real Estate/Interior Design (1-2 yrs)
- We are looking at hiring 3 to 4 Executives as Sales Candidates .
CTC : 25-30k per month
- We blend ecology, horticulture and aesthetics with your vision to deliver innovative, alluring and welcoming spaces that promote a sense of "home" and sanctuary. We undertake all kinds of softscape (plants, trees etc) and hardscape (pots, pergola, waterbody, pool, civil and fabrication jobs) to design an area spanning across small balconies to large farmhouses.
Designation : Manager - Business Development
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets by developing new business
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree/MBA Marketing - 1+ year in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills (MS Office)
Plus Point : If you have experience in real estate firms, architecture, Horticulture or even Interior, Exterior designing.
