Manager - Business Development - Real Estate/Hospitality (3-4 yrs)
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant industries
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Plan for the company's financial success
- Determine key business development KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
- Require to do a regular market research.
- Build strong networks with builders, landlords, and building owners
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, consultants
BDM requirements and qualifications :
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a BDM in the hospitality industry, real estate, or any relevant industry
- Degree is a must, MBA preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great presentation skills
