Job Description

1.To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Dealers / Sub-dealers segments for wellness Bathroom products like wellness & bathroom products whirlpool bathtub, spa tub, steam shower cabins, shower columns, steam generator, home swimming pools . Develop new business opportunity, such as new customers, new market.

2.To promote our Sanitary ware in the assigned region.

3.To build up and develop close relationship existing dealers / sub-dealers. Good at Dealer networking.

4.To appoint new dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market. Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.

5.To ensure secondary sales generation to support existing / new dealers / sub-dealers.

6.To estimate segment wise, size wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same.

7.To maintain a detailed database of dealers and sub-dealers.

8.To ensure proper marketing activities such as Dealers, Architects & Plumber meets.

9.To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.

10.To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone.

11.Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

12.Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.

13.To implement new marketing strategies introduced by the management from time to time.
