Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (4-6 yrs)
The person should have experience with business development (preferably corporates), should have knowledge and experience with email marketing and social media campaigns. If you find a BDM from real estate/property management, he/she should have experience with dealing with NRI clients and have a database for the same. Max CTC 6 Lakhs pa.

- Preparing presentations and sales pitch for corporate client
- Conversion of leads to contracts
- Requirement analysis and quotation preparation
- Coordination with operations for quotation and timelines
- To ensure all clients checklist are maintained and info to be shared with operation department
- To ensure all agreements once closed are maintained and shared with account department
- To maintain all marketing assets and constantly update as and when needed
- Generation of leads for all verticals through various medium
- Handling all social media activity
- MIS preparation and reporting
- Creating and Managing email campaigns, Facebook campaigns
