Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- A top real Estate company of UAE, is passionately involved in building of modern day architectural landmarks that shall define our times.

- We are loo king for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients

- To ensure Sales through Brokers

- To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel

- To develop a healthy investor database

- To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners

- Projection of Sales Target

- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.

- Handle Customer including pitching, negotiations, closing the deal.

- Follow up with Leads, customers & brokers for Sales.

- Activation of Channel partners for the assigned area/region.

- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.

- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out project presentations.

- To ensure Sales through Brokers.

- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Following up swiftly on sales enquiries/ leads and sending out information.

- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.

- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.

- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.

- Broker/Channel Partners Development : Meetings, Recruitment, Training, Presentations, Relationship, Follow-up, and Marketing Support, Schemes Implementation, Event Implementation, Reports, Motivation, Coordination, Activation.

- Corporate Sales: Identifying Corporate, Taking Appointment, Meetings, Present ation, Distribution of marketing material etc.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Proficiency in English Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

Experience: 2- 5 years experience of working as Business Development Executive

Gender Preference: FEMALE

Qualification: College degree (BBA /B Com)

Working Days: 6 days
