Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 30,000

Experience: 2+ years of experience in direct sales & b2b marketing

- Generate Enquiries

- Sell real estate projects to the clients

- Build relationships with clients

- Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.

- Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.

- Excellent communication skill in English

Responsibilities:

1. Team handling

2. Generate leads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company and other activities

3. Handle Clients queries and their requirements.

4. Verbal and written communication with clients and Companies.

5. Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.

6. Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property dealing and real estate Market.

7. Market commercial & residential projects.

8. Database management related to Clients and Properties.

9. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
