Manager - Business Development/Proposal - Naval Firm (7-10 yrs)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Prospective client interaction
- Lead generation
- Capability presentation to clients
- Participation in Bid/Tenders (Bid documentation preparation & participation)
- Project cost estimation & Proposal preparation & submission to clients
- Follow up with clients on proposal, payments, project confirmation
- Presenting and delivering information to clients at meetings, Industry Exhibits,
-Trade shows, and conferences
- Any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time
Qualification Any Engineering Background + MBA in Marketing
- Keywords Business development
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate with Degree +MBA (will have an added advantage)
- Must have excellent Communication Skills.
- Must have on-hand experience with estimations & proposals & tender participations
- Good presentation & CRM skills
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills
Having 5-8 years of experience in Business Development role at Ship design & engineering co./Marine consultancy/Shipyard
- Industry Type Naval Architecture, Ship design, Marine engineering, Offshore Engineering, Ship building, Oil & Gas
