A Leading Hospitality industry requires a Manager - Business Development.
Job Title:
Manager - Business Development ( Property Acquisition)
Job Role:
- Micro market mapping of clients (existing as well as potential)
- On patch and off patch sales
- Conducting sales calls to potential/ existing clients.
- Ensure show around of the property that he/she is attached to.
- Sales planning/ forecasting/ target achievement.
- Clearing of market out standings and ensuring it remains within permissible limits.
- Relationship management.
