Product Market Description
- Responsible for new business development from Pharma segment using an integrated approach linking Automation, Packaging and Service needs of the Industry.
- To drive business growth from these segments by working in matrix structure.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- BE, MBA Preferred.
- 5+ Years experience in Sales, Key Accounts Management, Business Development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret data & with strong detailing skills Team player.
- Key focus categories here are :- Pharma or Chemical land top 20 Exporting companies.
- Should have an expertise in working with Key customers in Pharma or chemical with a clear industry perspective on Pharma or chemical Exports.
- Ideally, the person should be from the Pharma or Chemical and allied industry with 5+ years- experience in direct value added project sales.
- Critical thinking required and ability to plan proactively.
- Good past track record of new business development from large Accounts and Projects.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm & drive.
- He should be self- motivated to drive this development initiative.
