Manager - Business Development - Packaging (3-10 yrs)
- Building the company's sales pipeline through a collaborative process where you discover customer needs, determine whether those are best met through our design solutions, bring in product experts if required, work with the design lab team to meet customer needs, and then work with customers on final design.
- Drive complete client side engagement from research, pitching and acquisition.
- Collaborate with the design intelligence team for category specific insights to enable powerful pitching and seamless acquisition.
- Continuously monitor profitability across the portfolio of design projects
- Identify additional client prospects to grow the company's share of wallet and enter new avenues/industries that can be high growth opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities / capabilities
- Understanding the company's internal operations, design capabilities, capabilities and targets. As the face of the team, help in building the brand of the company in the packaging design industry.
