Manager - Business Development - Online Learning Platform (2-3 yrs)
Business Development Manager required for an Online Learning Platform in Mumbai. (Hybrid mode)
Job Profile :
- Handling business development activities at different territories - PAN India level.
- Responsible for school & institution tie-ups and a long-term business generation through educational institutions. (B2B business).
- Identifying potential customers & partners & expanding the business.
- Presenting business plans to the potential partner and negotiating the terms and conditions of the agreement.
- Planning different marketing initiatives to onboard new customers.
- Provide training to partners & distributors to maximize the sales.
- Planning, setting and implementing the monthly and yearly sales objectives along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.
- Working closely with the management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.
Requirements :
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in business development into Education industry or Ed-Tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Preference to someone who can join immediately.
Salary : 50k pm + Performance Incentive + Travel allowance
