Manager - Business Development - Non Automotive Engineering Services (7-10 yrs)
Business Development Manager(Female)
- Responsible for leading non-automotive engineering services business with strong technical and engineering background.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for non-automotive segment.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Capture the requirements of clients and get the project executed by the team.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of engineering services and timely delivery.
- Coordinates with other internal groups to establish the resource & infrastructure for project execution.
- Communicate clearly on all Projects (management summary) from understanding the requirements, executing the projects to sharing the conclusion.
- Preparing business development strategy & growth summary to management. Attending all management reviews.
- Co-ordination with the onsite team for successful execution of the project.
- Establish good relationship with clients and internal design groups.
Requirements :
- BTech/MTech in Mechanical Engineering/EEE/ECE
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Development
- Prior experience from Non-automotive engineering services preferred.
