1. Work towards enhancing customer experience of transaction pages to improve business conversions.

2. Enhance distributor transactions by providing online sales and marketing support developing and promoting B2C and B2B communications on all digital platforms.

3. Evaluate &present creative idea based on competitor and market study of what new can be done on website to bring quality traffic Customer acquisition through new-age digital distribution Look at SEO for new & existing web pages.

5. Content Development: Developed content for the campaigns, websites, banners, newsletters, etc.

6. Strategic alliances with exchanges and online distributors for Mutual Fund business.

7. Analyse marketing campaign outputs to build understanding.

8. Define product road-map's for all potential customer touch points (customer service, marketing, etc.)

9. Recommend and implement testing strategy; prioritize and execute to test plans. Define strategy and execution aspects of content, commerce and communication to drive business and customer acquisition in order to meet company's KPI's.

10. Provide and execute strategic recommendations to drive increased conversions throughout the customer product life cycle experience.

11. Innovation on products leading to customer acquisition/retention and brand penetration Work closely with key stakeholders in Brand, Product, Acquisition/Retention Marketing, and Operations. Optimize online site navigation, products search results, and product presentation based on analysis.

12. Utilize web analytics, to understand how customers are engaging with the company's websites; while collaborating with Merchandising and Marketing teams.

13. Working with marketing communication / PR to articulate our policies and commitment to keep the platforms content original & clean at various instances.

14. Integrates brand creative direction, quality assurance and usability to ensure precise execution of all deliverable On-site Conversion and co-responsibility of sales numbers.

15. Timely delivery of product and requisite additions.
