The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Selling Medical Devices Engineering Services to large OEM's
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Managing business proposals and meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting the company's products and services addressing or predicting client's objectives
- Managing contracts and keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople
The Profile :
- You have a MBA from a top-tier institute and a Degree from Mechanical, Automobile or similar field.
- You have at least 4 years experience within a Sales role in Medical Devices Industry in Engineering Services.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales of Engineering Services .
- Having exposure in this Digital Domain will be a plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
