We are hiring Business Development Manager for a media production house that creates powerful content helping brands to inspire, engage and entertain.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

- In this role of Manager - Business Development, you will identify and reach out to the potential clients

- You will need to identify and convey a compelling value proposition of the services to the prospects and lead new customer acquisition.

- Experience in Digital Marketing and Video Industry is a big plus.

- Manage a full sales cycle from initial interest through sales activation.

- Develop a good understanding of client companies and industries.

- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target-driven environment.

- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking in order to attract business from client companies.

- Maintain active engagement with prospects and customers through multiple channels.

- Build strategies on maximizing the output and revenue generation.

- Assist in hosting and supporting marketing events to continue to increase public awareness about company products.

- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers.

- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues.

The Profile :

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of inbound/outbound sales experience required.

- High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Knowledge of working with a CRM ( advantageous not necessary).
