Manager - Business Development - Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Engineering Services (3-10 yrs)
- We are looking for an experience Sales person to promote our MEP Services vertical
- Candidate must have similar or engineering services promotion experience
- Good Coordinate with Customers / Engineering Team for project details, finalising the drawing, BOQ etc.
- Must coordinate with Support Staff for quotations, BOQ, commerical terms etc.
- He will be Mech. or Electrical Engineer with MBA in Marketing preferred
- He will generate enquiries, make cold calls, visit customers, understand the requirement, make presentation
- Candidate must have handled big project enquires esp. Govt. projects like Research Institutes, IITs, BARC, besides Pharma, Chemicals, Petrochemicals and other industries having factories, plants.
- Presently we design, construct, execute and build laboratories which includes Labfurniture, Carpentry, Piping, Tiling, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior, Gas distribution, A/c ducting and all related services
- Must have good background of working in MEP Services, design, measurement, MEP Services, commercials
- Act as a chain between customer, support staff, project coordination team
- Ensure the payment from customers on due dates
