Role Description :

- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The role is based in Delhi and requires an individual with a proven track record in new business development, advertising sales, activation sales, relationship building, client retention and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting ROI's marketing services.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and address any arising issues.

Eligibility :

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant sales role.

- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Creative thinking and ability to devise innovative solutions.

- Understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising principles.

- Experience in lead generation and implementing sales strategies.

- Ability to work with discipline and adhering the deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

- Knowledge of the Offline Marketing Industry.
