Business Development Manager:

If you are someone who has a knack for selling digital marketing products and services to local as well as established businesses, if you are someone who can figure out what people's business and marketing goals are by asking the business owners straightforward questions and you can pitch the answers with the solutions your company can provide, then our doors are open for you! We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team which will allow us to take the business to the next level.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Someone who can sell our services of Website SEO, Google Business Profile Optimizing & Social Media Optimization to Beauty, Healthcare, Academic & F&B businesses

- The person effectively performs all stages of the sales process from on-field & field lead generation to conversion, and client profiling and contributes to revenue generation

- KRA includes- Revenue generation by on-boarding new clients and Key Account Management skills for building business from existing accounts with cross-sell/upsell functions

- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate, work accurately on sales contracts, and close sales

- Effectively collaborate with the internal operations team, social media team, and delivery team to drive the customer account in a manner that fetches the best value to the customer's business and ensures the customer's marketing goals are achieved

- Keeps brushing his/her sales skills and still manages to keep an eye on social media trends and is updated on the advancements of the digital space

Role Requirements:

- 2 to 6 years of experience/ inclination in IT software Sales, SEO Sales, Marketing, or Creative Agency, (Direct Sales B2B)

- Consultative bent of mind with aggressive sales aptitude to follow the customer buying process

Have strong PR skills, great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills with excellent communication in English and the local language

- Should be able to work in a standalone independent environment and comfortable in field sales

- Candidate with CRM industry knowledge and a proven track record of selling digital services, lead generation portals (lump sum pricing sales) would be an added advantage

- 2 Wheeler is a must. (Reimbursement will be provided in CTC)
