Manager- Business Development & Marketing - Packaging (5-10 yrs)

Position Overview:

- This position is an important one, charged with the key responsibility of penetrating and increasing the market share of the packaging products in FMCG, Cosmetics, Electricals, Pharma (OTC Products), Spices and Food Items Industry.

- He/ She will directly be reporting to the directors or the CEO of the company.

Preferred Background:

- 5 to 10 years Sales experience in Printing and Packaging Industry.

- Candidates with existing enterprise relationships will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Technical knowledge of offset Printing, should be able to make out costing of Products(cartons).

- Lead/Inquiry Generation through cold calling and servicing them.

- Handling new inquiries received by the company through references & other sources.

- Organizing appointments with the purchase managers and key decision makers.

- Understanding clearly the requirements of the clients and taking the - right- inquiries further.

- Presenting the capabilities of the company in a professional manner and with the help of seniors, proposing the right solutions to the client.

- Participating in Negotiation and closure of deals.

- Ensuring proper and timely execution of the order.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Building relationships with key decision makers & influencers.

- Building a strong sales funnel for

- Providing market information on competitor's activities/strategies to the management.

- Achieving business goals set by the directors.

Moreover, he should also have:

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent client facing skills.

- Sales management background to sell to business enterprises (B2B).

Candidate Profile:

- Education - Graduation in any discipline, preferably marketing.

- Experience - 5 to 10 years of sales experience.
