Responsibilities & duties
- Prospecting- identifying potential clients across automotive spares & consumables companies and Spare Parts Divisions of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) .
- Creation and management of a prospect funnel
- Cold calls and referrals to set up meetings with key people in such organisations
- Pre-sales calls, along with Co-Founders to prospect for business
- Developing a customized proposal, along with commercials, for all requirements- in alignment with company operations, technology and client servicing functions
- Chasing for order closure
- Communicate final requirement and project value internally and transfer project to Client Servicing and Operations
- Be available to existing clients for escalations on on-going projects
- Chase for Purchase Order, confirm initial invoice receipts and timely first payment for the project
- Meet company benchmarks on project profitability basis internal discussions and internal costs
