Manager - Business Development - Machine (4-7 yrs)
Hiring for Business Development Manager -Hyderabad
Job Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 4-7 Years
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Eligible Streams : MBA (Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges) or Tier 1 Engineering colleges with BD/ Sales experience
Industry experience : Enterprise Sales in any of Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Facility Management companies or Apartment management companies
Skill Required :
- Be a self-motivated and focused team player with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Hustler is to get new machine orders from residential and corporate clients.
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
- Key Accounts and Relationship Management
- Oversee generation of new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.)
- Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
- Prior experience of Retail Startup is a plus.
- Have handled multiple cities operations in previous stints.
- Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind
- Comfortable to work in a startup environment.
