Manager - Business Development - Luminary/Lighting /LED (2-3 yrs)
- Candidate should have experience in Projects / Institutional selling in private sector & public sector of Luminary / Lighting / LED product line.
-Handle end to end process, from lead generation to order execution and final collection of payments.
- Business Development through consultants, architects, builders, electrical contractors & Project authorities
- Candidate should identify opportunities for lighting products in region.
- Candidate should have relevant experience of luminaire & LED projects sales.
- Candidate should have experience in Multiple Lighting System, LED Light, Switch Gear, Lamps, luminaire, professional lighting, smart lighting, lighting controls, lighting panel products.
- Able to achieve weekly, monthly sales targets through channel partners and direct customers.
- Generate business from new product and new customers.
- Responsible for order booking and contract review and ensure proper execution.
- Key accounts management.
- Prepare action plan and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Achieve sales target through Channel Partners, Corporations, Institutions, Govt. and Semi-Govt organizations, Industries, Contractors and Direct customers.
- Bench marking the process and planning.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
- Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
- Spot and Seize commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
- Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
