- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party logistics (3PL) department, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.
- Experience in sales warehouse space per Pallet and racking storage system.
- Have a strong business sense with the ability to drive growth, and directly impact the building of new solutions and service across the company growing footprint.
- Provide input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company business strategy and achieve a profitable growth.
- Have a strong business sense to Bringing Business from Customers.
- Monitor and Analyze, key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, operations, to coordinate and streamline logistics activities across the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, implementing innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
