Manager - Business Development - Loan (5-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Business Development - Acquisition of new business and Relationship Management.
2. Developing a business plan for the team which includes Revenues target, product mix, and margin objectives.
3. Meeting & arranging events for Knowledge Sharing with Corporate Clients, Banks & Financial institutions, Merchant Bankers.
4. Continuously keeping oneself and team members updated on industry happening and product developments.
5. Increasing the market reach.
6. Industry and Competition Analysis.
Desired Skills :
- Team handling experience and Loan Sales experience is must.
- Knowledge of Finance Market and the current market trend.
- Client/Relationship Management.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
- People from Banking Industry, Financial Advisory firms, Rating companies, Commercial & Personal Banking will be preferred.
